OpsNow (https://opsnow.io), a specialist in AI-based multi-cloud management platforms, announced the official launch of its cloud cost optimization solution, "OpsNow FinOps Plus," in the South Korean market. This product was first introduced in the United States last year and is currently in operation, with plans to launch in Japan following the Korean market.

Domestic and abroad companies are increasingly demanding systematic management capabilities that go beyond simply controlling costs, enabling them to lead strategic technology investments amid the growing complexity of multi-cloud and SaaS environments. In response, the global nonprofit FinOps Foundation recently released its 2025 FinOps Framework, focusing on establishing actionable strategies and creating business value that encompass various technology expenditures including cloud, SaaS, data centers, and AI.

OpsNow FinOps Plus is a specialized FinOps solution with a more advanced structure and practical features, built upon the FinOps operational experience of OpsNow360. Aligned with global trends, it automates the entire process, from budget planning and anomaly cost detection to policy-based governance and savings insight extraction which is realizing execution-focused FinOps. The onboarding process is easy and simple, and because it supports a consistent flow from budget planning to savings and performance analysis, it allows precise cost forecasting and control without manual work, enabling both strategic asset allocation and improvement of financial performance simultaneously.

Notably, key capabilities emphasized in the latest FinOps Framework have been significantly enhanced. These include the ability to consistently apply and manage tags on cloud resources using the Tag Manager, which enables detailed cost classification and analysis by service, team, or project. With Budgets, users can set team- or organization-level budgets and compare or forecast costs in real time. FinOps KPI supports precise cost analysis from the perspective of accountable departments, while Policy Management automatically detects policy violations based on predefined rules and generates reports.

In addition, OpsNow FinOps Plus users can take advantage of AutoSavings, an automated cost optimization service. AutoSavings eliminates the need for manual analysis of cloud commitments or timing decisions by utilizing AI analyzes usage patterns and automatically executes the appropriate cost-saving strategies. It currently supports AWS and Azure environments, applying savings automatically without the need to understand complex conditions or perform manual management. Because it operates on a recurring savings model, users can maintain long-term cost efficiency. A performance-based fee is charged only when savings are realized, allowing organizations to adopt the service with minimal risk.

Seungwoo Park, CEO of OpsNow, stated, “OpsNow FinOps Plus is a highly advanced solution designed to help organizations increase operational efficiency and achieve real cost savings in an ever-changing cloud environment. Existing customers will also benefit from more sophisticated operations and deeper insights with OpsNow FinOps Plus.”

OpsNow FinOps Plus is a standalone product, separate from the existing FinOps services provided by OpsNow360, and is available via new subscription. To celebrate the launch, a special promotion will offer a free three-month trial of the premium plan. More information is available on the official OpsNow website.
