OpsNow Enters On-Premise Cloud Management Market with AI-Based Hybrid CMP "OpsNow Prime" Launching in First Half of the Year

  • Leading CMP Provider OpsNow Expands into On-Premise Management Market with Upcoming Launch of AI-Based Hybrid CMP "OpsNow Prime"
  • Supports Integrated Management of On-Premise and Public Cloud with AI-Based Automation for IT Operations Optimization

OpsNow, a leading AI-based multi-cloud management platform provider (https://opsnow.com), announced that it will officially launch its AI-based hybrid cloud management platform (Cloud Management Platform, CMP), "OpsNow Prime," in the first half of this year. With this launch, OpsNow plans to lead the next-generation CMP market by integrating management of both public cloud and on-premise environments, while accelerating its global market expansion.

OpsNow Prime is designed to integrate and operate public, private, and on-premise cloud environments within a single platform. It allows for efficient management of previously separate infrastructures in one system, providing clear control over cloud resource usage through centralized security policies and systematic approval processes

‍OpsNow Prime also offers AI-based cost optimization features, analyzing resource usage in real time and automatically tracking costs across both cloud and on-premise environments to suggest optimal operational strategies. The automation features of RunBook and PlayBook, proven in the SaaS version, are also included in OpsNow Prime. These features execute predefined procedures to respond quickly in case of issues and automate repetitive tasks, enhancing operational consistency and efficiency. It enables public cloud-level automation even in internal data center environments, improving both operational efficiency and stability. With real-time fault detection, automatic alerts are triggered when anomalies occur, and integration with OpsNow’s cloud incident management solution, ‘AlertNow,’ enables immediate responses.

‍Built on a PaaS (Platform as a Service) foundation, OpsNow Prime seamlessly integrates with existing ITSM (IT Service Management), monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and more. It also offers GPU resource monitoring and management, allowing real-time tracking of GPU usage and the ability to partition a single GPU into multiple independent work units. By analyzing GPU usage patterns, resources can be allocated and reallocated, with plans to support GPU usage billing by the second half of this year. As a result, implementing OpsNow Prime is expected to reduce operational costs by 20%, improve work efficiency by 30%, and enhance service reliability by 30%.

‍Since introducing Korea's first SaaS-based CMP, OpsNow has led the cloud management sector, supporting around 3,000 global clients. Recently, it became the only Korean company to achieve the "FinOps Certified Platform" status from the FinOps Foundation, further validating its technology. Now, with OpsNow Prime, the company plans to quickly establish global competitiveness in the on-premise CMP market. With the official launch slated for the first half of the year, OpsNow Prime is currently undergoing PoC (Proof of Concept) trials with various clients, including those in enterprise and financial sectors.

Park Seungwoo, CEO of OpsNow, explained, "OpsNow Prime not only integrates on-premise and cloud management but also includes the same AI-based automation features as the existing SaaS version. It is a key solution that helps reduce operational costs while building a more stable and efficient IT operating environment." He further emphasized, "Leveraging OpsNow Prime, which offers a differentiated operational experience based on AI and automation, we aim to strengthen OpsNow's position in the global market."
