OpsNow and Zero One Republic Sign MOU to Co-Develop and Commercialize Integrated Cloud Management Solutions

  • OpsNow, Korea’s leading FinOps solution provider, and SaaS subscription management company Zero One Republic are partnering to co-develop and commercialize integrated cloud management solutions.
  • OpsNow supports cloud cost reduction and operational optimization through its SaaS-based Cloud Management Platform (CMP) — and is the only platform in Korea certified as a “FinOps Certified Platform” by the FinOps Foundation.
  • Zero One Republic develops and operates Scodi, a SaaS subscription management solution that helps businesses reduce SaaS costs and improve operational efficiency.

OpsNow, a leading AI-based multi-cloud management platform company (https://opsnow.com), has announced a business agreement with Zero One Republic (https://www.scordi.io/), the operator of the SaaS management solution "Scodi," to jointly develop and commercialize integrated cloud management solutions.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to combine OpsNow's CMP technology and AI automation capabilities with Zero One Republic's SaaS management platform to jointly develop a new cloud integrated management solution (Cloud Management Platform, CMP) aimed at reducing SaaS and cloud costs and optimizing operations for enterprise clients. Additionally, leveraging their respective expertise and technologies, they will drive joint commercialization efforts to deliver a more efficient cloud operating environment.

‍Since launching Korea's first multi-cloud management platform in 2016, OpsNow has been supporting domestic businesses and organizations in reducing cloud costs and optimizing operations through a FinOps solution tailored to the Korean market. With approximately 3,000 global customers, OpsNow began its global expansion last year, starting with the North American market. Recently, it became the only Korean company to achieve the "FinOps Certified Platform" status from the FinOps Foundation, officially recognizing its technology as aligned with global standards.

‍Zero One Republic develops and operates Scodi, a solution designed to optimize SaaS subscription management and operational costs. Scodi is a unified platform that allows businesses to manage all their SaaS subscriptions in one place. With a simple account integration, it automatically collects data on subscribed software, visualizes spending trends and causes through expenditure graphs, and displays this information on an intuitive dashboard. Additionally, Scodi offers the following features to enhance SaaS cost reduction and operational efficiency:

  • Team-specific subscription management and permission settings
  • Account provisioning and cancellation during employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Automation of unified subscription, sheet, and license management

Kim Yonghyun, CEO of Zero One Republic, stated, "Through this agreement, we plan to combine OpsNow's cloud cost optimization technology with Scodi's SaaS management automation capabilities to support the creation of a systematic and efficient SaaS and cloud operating environment. We will continue to actively collaborate to help our enterprise clients optimize their SaaS and cloud operations."

‍Park Seungwoo, CEO of OpsNow, emphasized, "As multi-cloud and SaaS environments rapidly expand, the demand for cost management and operational optimization is growing. Through our collaboration with Zero One Republic, we aim to set a new standard for SaaS and cloud operations management, supporting businesses in strategically operating and optimizing their IT."
