OpsNow and Zero One Republic Sign MOU to Co-Develop and Commercialize Integrated Cloud Management Solutions
OpsNow, a leading AI-based multi-cloud management platform company (https://opsnow.com), has announced a business agreement with Zero One Republic (https://www.scordi.io/), the operator of the SaaS management solution "Scodi," to jointly develop and commercialize integrated cloud management solutions.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to combine OpsNow's CMP technology and AI automation capabilities with Zero One Republic's SaaS management platform to jointly develop a new cloud integrated management solution (Cloud Management Platform, CMP) aimed at reducing SaaS and cloud costs and optimizing operations for enterprise clients. Additionally, leveraging their respective expertise and technologies, they will drive joint commercialization efforts to deliver a more efficient cloud operating environment.
Since launching Korea's first multi-cloud management platform in 2016, OpsNow has been supporting domestic businesses and organizations in reducing cloud costs and optimizing operations through a FinOps solution tailored to the Korean market. With approximately 3,000 global customers, OpsNow began its global expansion last year, starting with the North American market. Recently, it became the only Korean company to achieve the "FinOps Certified Platform" status from the FinOps Foundation, officially recognizing its technology as aligned with global standards.
Zero One Republic develops and operates Scodi, a solution designed to optimize SaaS subscription management and operational costs.
