A standard, region-specific fee rate is applied depending on your service location (e.g., Korea, Japan, Middle East).
This fixed rate does not change based on your usage volume or savings amount.
If no savings are generated, no fees are charged, allowing customers to optimize their cloud costs with zero financial risk.
